Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are modifying our store hours and operating procedures until further notice.
Curbside Pickup is still available Tuesday - Saturday from 12PM - 5PM
Here are our modified store walk-in hours:
Thursday - Saturday
12PM - 5PM
We are currently not having any store operations on Sundays.
Customers who shop in our retail store are required to wear a face covering at all times when inside our retail store. Customers who are not wearing a mask will be denied service.
For everyone's safety, we are currently only allowing one customer or customer group in our showroom at a time. If you wish to wait to be helped, you must wait outside in the designated area.
If you do not wish to wait to be helped, you can schedule a visit appointment by messaging us on Instagram or giving us a call at (626) 442-8886.
In addition to the precautionary measures, we are limiting the time a customer or customer group can spend in our retail store. We are also limiting the number of items that customers can physically observe and manipulate. We are trying our best to be accommodating while still considering the safety of our customers and our staff.
If you would like to order an item for pickup that is not listed on our website or something that it only available in store, give our store a call to check the stock on these items. You will be billed for these items over the phone.
FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDERS:
All orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours. You will be contacted by a sales rep within 24 hours letting you know your order is ready for pickup. If you have not been contacted within 24 hours after placing your order, you may call our store to check the status of your order. Orders placed on the weekends may not be picked up until the next available curbside pickup day unless you are contacted by a sales rep letting you know the order can be picked up.
You will have 3 days (72 hours) to pick up your order. Failure to pick up your order will result in your order being restocked and you will be refunded the amount paid.
When you've arrived in our parking lot to pick up your order, please call our store and let us know you have arrived and what vehicle you are in. Be sure to open your trunk where we will drop off your order for a contactless pickup. Otherwise, you can come into the store and pick up your order from one of our sales reps.
Due to a high demand of certain items, all orders and items are subject to availability.
In addition, there will be no returns and exchanges processed until further notice.
Days and hours for curbside will remain the same (Tue-Sat 12PM-5PM) and are subject to change. All updates will be posted on Instagram (@extremetronics) as well as here on this web page. Please stay tuned for further updates.
