Shipping:

All orders will usually be shipped out within 1 business days (weekend and holidays are not business days). Orders placed before 1 PM PST will usually be shipped out on the same day. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of check out. Buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship orders if an incorrect address was provided or returned to our facilities.

Warranty:

We provide 14 day warranty on all metal gearbox electric guns and spring bolt action rifles; and 7 day warranty on all other products. Warranty will be effective on the day of orders arrival. Buyer must contact us within warranty date via email through “contact us” page. Bone Yard items are sold as is, no returns or warranty. Warranty does not cover any physical damage done to the products. Free give away items have a value of $0.00 and is not eligible for any warranty. If a product is deemed to be abused or misused; all warranty will be voided. Be sure to use only BBs endorsed by EXtreme Tronics Airsoft to avoid voiding the warranty. Please refer to the “Resource Center” to see BBs endorsed by Extreme Tronics. Any type of modifications voids warranty. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Any products repaired or replaced under warranty will be reshipped at our cost.

Returns:

All products sales are final. On rare exceptions, refunds will be accepted with a minimum 15% restocking fee at EXtreme Tronics Staff’s sole discretion. Buyer must contact us with in 3 days of product arrival via email through “contact us” page. An RMA must be obtained before returning any products to EXtreme Tronics. Free give away items have a value of $0.00 and is not eligible for any returns.
